WOMEN'S MINISTRY
We welcome you to this local body of Christ! As Women of God, we are compelled to be supportive of your spiritual growth, embrace you as a sister, pray with you and for you. All of our Church services and events are open to Women of all ages, whether a member of Atherton or not. Our ministry is blessed to be a blessing to all women God would draw together by the blood of Jesus Christ.

Ministry Goals
The Atherton’s Women’s Ministry seeks to involve Adult women, of all ages, in a vibrant, loving and learning relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as well as engage them in active service to the church body. This, we believe, will lead to a more positive difference in the home, the workplace, and the community at large.

We believe that in order for a church to truly make a difference, it must be unified in spirit and purpose. Indeed, we are determined to sustain a ministry that conforms to the guidance of the Word of God as directed by our Servant-Leader and Senior Pastor.

To provide opportunities for the Women of Atherton to grow in their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ through teaching, fellowship, worship and serving. - OUTREACH
To familiarize Women with the ways in which they can share their faith and commitment to Christ through a variety of meaningful outreach projects. - RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT
To provide activities for women to meet corporately, connect and develop worthwhile relationships so that each woman recognizes and experiences the benefits of being united with a strong fellowship of Godly women. - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
To continue ongoing recruitment and training events for leadership and ministry involvement, particularly from the youth and young adult populations.
